Title: NO UNAUTHORIZED INVOICE PAYMENTS FOR SEPARATE CHARGES

Any and all surcharges (fuel or otherwise) shall not be separately priced and shall instead be incorporated into your fixed-price quotation. The purchase order unit price is a fixed unit price and is inclusive of all applicable transportation charges (including fuel surcharges) to the shipping destination identified on the purchase order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with SAIC, no invoice payments for separate charges (shipping, freight, fuel surcharges or otherwise) are authorized and will be rejected.
